FastGame.ai Privacy Policy
Plain-language overview
This policy explains, in practical terms, what we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control. FastGame.ai lets you create and play games from natural language within our platform. We collect only what we need to sign you in, generate and improve your game, keep the Service secure, and process payments when you choose paid features. For non-essential cookies/trackers, we ask for consent where required. You can always contact us at support@livematchgames.com.
1. Privacy Policy Overview
FastGame.ai ("Company") values your personal information highly. This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information collected during your use of our AI-powered game generation platform service ("Service") and describes your rights.
We comply with applicable laws including South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the EU's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), and California's CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected During Registration
Registration is handled through Google OAuth. During this process, the minimum information necessary to authenticate you is exchanged, such as your email address, name, Google profile image, and your account's unique identifier. At the same time, the system logs your registration timestamp, confirms that you meet the minimum age requirement, and creates initial usage records so your account can be managed securely from the outset.
2.2 Information Collected During Service Use
As you use the Service, we record your prompt history, generated game data, subsequent modification requests, and coin consumption so that you can iterate on your games and track changes. For reliability and security, we also collect certain technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser and operating system information, timestamps, service logs, cookies, and limited device identifiers. If you choose paid features, the payment processor handles the details of your transaction; we only receive what is necessary for billing and support, such as the last four digits of your card, the payment date and amount, and your subscription status.
If you provide HTML game code created externally for publication on the platform, we process the code and minimal metadata you provide (such as title and thumbnail) for hosting and display purposes.
2.3 Optional Information
When you participate in community features, you may voluntarily provide information such as nickname, profile details, game descriptions, and community interaction information (ratings, comments, bookmarks, etc.). We process this information only when you provide it, and you can edit or remove it within the Service at any time.
3. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
3.1 Service Provision and Operation
We use your information to register and manage your account, verify your identity and age, and provide the core experience: generating a playable game from your natural‑language prompt and allowing you to improve it over time. Coin balances are tracked so you can manage creation and updates, and when you contact us, we process your inquiries.
3.2 Service Improvement and Development
To keep the Service reliable, we analyze aggregate usage, fix bugs, and prioritize features that users request most. Where model improvements are necessary, we do so with safeguards that avoid identifying individuals, relying on minimization and, where appropriate, anonymization or aggregation.
3.3 Marketing and Advertising (With Consent)
With your consent, we may let you know about events and promotions and provide recommendations tailored to your interests. You can withdraw consent at any time, and doing so will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that took place before your withdrawal.
3.4 Legal Compliance
We comply with record‑keeping, notification, and reporting duties under applicable law. If a dispute or complaint arises, we review the relevant materials within scope, and we also apply measures designed to detect and prevent fraud to protect both users and the Service.
4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
4.1 Principle
We delete personal information without undue delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled. Where disputes or statutory retention apply, we keep only what is necessary for a limited period and protect it with appropriate safeguards.
4.2 Retention Periods
Account information is kept until you delete your account, with a grace period to prevent abuse. Game data is retained for a limited period after account deletion to accommodate restoration requests, while publicly shared games remain available until you request removal. Payment‑related records are preserved for up to five years to comply with e‑commerce requirements, and consumer complaint records for up to three years. Connection logs required by telecommunications privacy rules are kept for three months. Each period is limited to what is necessary for contract performance, compliance, and reasonable dispute handling.
5. Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
5.1 Principle
We do not sell personal information and, as a rule, do not share it with third parties. If the law requires disclosure, if you consent, or if sharing is strictly necessary to deliver the Service, we share only what is needed.
5.2 Exceptions
Where we have your prior consent, where disclosure is required by law, or where a lawful request from an authority is properly served, we may provide information in a limited and transparent manner after validating scope and necessity.
5.3 Affiliated Services
Google OAuth exchanges only the minimum information necessary for authentication and is used solely for registration and login. The information is retained only as long as needed to maintain your account. For payments, payment processors handle transactions, and we access only what is necessary for invoicing and compliance; card data remains with the processor and is not stored by us beyond what the law permits.
5.4 Subprocessors
We work with reputable subprocessors (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, etc.) under appropriate data protection contractual safeguards. You can request the current list at support@livematchgames.com.
6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
6.1 Service Providers
To operate reliably, we entrust specific tasks to reputable providers such as cloud hosting, AI services, payment processing, and email delivery. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver their service under contractual safeguards.
6.2 Management of Outsourcing
We implement necessary management and supervision measures consistent with privacy laws, and our contracts clearly define prohibited uses, protection measures, and liability.
7. International Transfer of Personal Information
7.1 Information Transferred
Cross‑border transfers may include the minimum account and usage items required to provide the Service—for example, your email, name, and limited service‑usage records processed by systems located outside your country.
7.2 Countries and Companies
Transfers typically involve providers located in the United States and European Union for cloud infrastructure, AI engines, payment processing, and content delivery networks (CDN). We select providers for their security posture and compliance maturity.
7.3 Purpose and Retention Period
We transfer data to deliver a stable, global Service. Retention is limited to the life of your account or to periods required by law.
7.4 Transfer Safeguards
For EEA/UK transfers to third countries, we implement safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (UK IDTA), together with transfer impact assessments and supplemental measures where appropriate. We also apply data minimization, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and granular access controls.
8. Personal Information Protection Measures
We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information:
- Technical Measures: Encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), encryption at rest where appropriate, firewalls and intrusion detection, regular security reviews and remediation, current anti-malware protections
- Administrative Measures: Role-based access control with minimum necessary access, regular staff training, internal policies defining responsibilities, access log retention and review
- Physical Measures: Facility access controls, secure storage of documents and media, environmental and physical safeguards
We maintain security standards appropriate to the industry and continuously improve protections as needed.
9. Cookie Policy
9.1 Purpose of Cookie Use
Cookies and similar technologies help keep you securely signed in, remember preferences like language or theme, and support analytics used to improve quality. In some regions, we request consent before using non‑essential cookies or trackers for personalization.
9.2 Types of Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain sessions and secure connections; functional cookies to remember settings; and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. Where analytics are used, we aim to process statistics in ways that reduce the likelihood of identifying individuals.
9.3 How to Refuse Cookies
You may block or delete cookies in your browser settings, noting that certain features may not function correctly without them.
9.4 Consent Management
In the EEA/UK, we obtain consent before using non‑essential cookies or similar trackers, and you can change your preferences at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. 10. Protection of Children's Personal Information
10.1 Age Restrictions
The Service is intended for individuals aged 14 or older, and we verify age during registration to help maintain a safe environment for younger users.
10.2 Processing Information of Children Under 14
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If we become aware that such information was collected in error, we delete it without delay. Parents or legal guardians may contact support@livematchgames.com to request removal.
10.3 Regional Minimum Age
As a general rule, the minimum age is 14. In the EEA/UK we apply a 16‑year minimum where required by law, and in the United States we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 consistent with COPPA.
11. Member Rights and How to Exercise Them
11.1 Rights
You may request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion when appropriate, and request restriction of processing in certain circumstances. Where the GDPR applies, you may also request portability; we will review such requests individually and provide your data in a structured, commonly used, machine‑readable format where feasible.

12. Automatic Collection Devices
The Service may use the following automatic collection devices:
- Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics): We collect page visit records, session duration, browser information, etc. to improve Service quality. If you wish to opt out, you can use the provider's opt-out tools.
- Local Storage: We store user preferences such as language and theme, as well as temporary work data. You can delete these through your browser settings.
For detailed cookie policies, please refer to Section 9.
